Where We Operate

Our team is a diverse group of industry experts located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Tampa and Orlando.  We can serve you both remotely, or in some cases, will travel to meet with you.  Regardless of where you are located, you will have a personal connection with someone from our company every month to talk with you about your campaigns and business.

International Markets

We do offer services to those outside the USA.  Our first international client was Mukuni Village, located 20 minutes outside Victoria Falls, Zambia, to support travel and tourism this traditional community relies on to support their families.  We maintain close contact including visit, and our co-founder Jason Reyna has been adopted into one of the families because of his generousity and investment to the community.  Depending on your business category and location, we may be able to offer services to you such as TV, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Waze and Web Development.  Please contact us for more information.

We value all life, at all stages, in all places and all walks of life.  You can find our nondiscrimination policy and right of refusal to do business on this page.  We do this because we are emphatic about not supporting businesses, business owners or officers who violate our values, the quality or safety of a life. We will continue to invest in ethical businesses and be generous to vetted nonprofits and communities in need.  We can't save everyone, but we can continue to work as hard as possible to give more a chance at life - wildlife and people.

Giving Back

While most businesses spend a lot of overhead to maintain a fancy office, we invest in local, regional, national and global nonprofits and communities where no established non profits exist.  We do this through financial donations that exceed the amount an office would cost us year after year, additional contributions of in kind services and a few hundred hours of volunteering. We encourage our team to volunteer for an organization they believe in. 

Loyalty

We value all our partner relationships whether you are a business or an agency or consultant who subcontracts your work to us.

If you have an agency agreement with us, we will never market your competitors without your explicit request or consent.  We have only had one case where two law firms in the same market in California asked if we would market both practices because they often shared or referred cases to each other. 

If you are an agency or consultant that we white label our services for, we will not reach out to your clients and let them know we are the ones actually fulfilling the campaigns on your behalf.

That's right.  No 3rd party reporting.  No glamour analytics and our methods are always cited with 1st party research.  No outsourcing or offshoring campaigns.  Fair pricing, guaranteed.  

Fair Pricing

You don't need the CIA or a PhD in Mathematics to understand our pricing for any products or services.  We provide straight forward pricing for all our services.  Some services can cost less going through us than direct such as Yext or Waze.

The biggest area for hidden fees is digital in the marketing industry.  The industry average according to Magna Global is 55% tech tax/management fees for digital marketing campaigns due to deep profit and multiple layers of off shoring and outsourcing.  That means only 45% of your budget on average is actually going toward your campaign. Ouch! 

At Kill Your Competition, 85% of your budget for digital goes to your campaign.  That makes a huge difference in your success. We are able to do this because we don't outsource and off shore our services.  We don't have other companies doing our work and adding their profit.   We got the education, training and certifications to be successful on your behalf.

We offer our deepest discounts to non-privatized first responders, military and veteran owned businesses and nonprofits of 25% for multiple services and products.  

American Only Labor

We do not outsource or offshore any labor.  We only hire those with the legal right to work in the US AND reside within the United States.  We believe choosing to employ and outsource labor and work when there is available and willing individuals with the legal right to work is a massive disservice to our country and community just to make a bigger buck.  It also supports labor exploitation of people who are often forced to work in unsafe and unethical conditions, poor pay that will never allow them to move out of their socio-economic situation and will never improve the conditions within their community.

Our Non Discrimination Promise

We want every person we work with to know they are valuable and have meaningful relationships with our clients and our team. As service providers, we do not discriminate offering our services or employment to any person based on race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status such as disability, age, marital and family status, sexual orientation and gender identity, health status, place of residence, economic and social situation. 

Right of Refusal to Do Business

While we love helping support businesses in their growth, there are a few exceptions when we will not begin or continue services.   In keeping with our 100% transparent business practices and values, you can find the circumstances in which we will not begin service, continue service and/or will terminate any service below.

  • If your business has industry ties to local, regional, federal and or internationally illegal services and/or trafficking and/or endangerment to the safety and welfare of children or women.  
  • If the owner or officer of the business been arrested in connection to or convicted of a criminal offense including but not limited to that violates federal or international law, is related to sexual or physical violence, fraud, gross neglect or abuse. 
  •  If your business is providing products or services that violate local, regional or federal law.  
  • If the owner or officer of the business is perceived as threatening or sexually inappropriate with any employee or independent contractor of ours. 
  • We know sometimes things get crazy, but without working out arrangements with us, if your business consistently pays late, has the inability to pay within reason or does not pay as agreed we will terminate suspend or terminate services.
